One Child at a Time
Dr. Patricia Juarez
"Dr. Patty", grew up in Miami, FL. She attended Boston University and graduated in 1994. Following her graduation, she attended Tufts University School of Dental Medicine and received her D.M.D. degree in 1998. She always knew she wanted to be around children and decided to pursue Pediatric Dentistry. Her post graduate pediatric dental training was completed at Boston University School of Dental Medicine in June 2000. This specialty training gave her much insight into understanding children's fears and emotions. After graduating, she moved to Philadelphia, PA. She worked at Dr. Bresler's Cavity Busters for one year. She then moved to Long Island, NY. She worked at Suffolk Pediatric Dentistry for eight years.
She is happily married to Dr. Kevin Martin, an Endodontist, practicing in Commack. When she is not in the office, she is a busy mom caring for her 3 children, Liliana (11 yo), Kevin (9 yo), and Daniella (7 yo).
"I want you to know that I will treat your child as if he/she were my own. I take great pride in my work and always strive to provide the best quality care possible. My goal is to have every child enjoy coming to the dentist. Ultimately, I want them leaving my office with a smile on their face."

Dr. Sarah Chicosky
Please welcome Dr. Sarah Chicosky to our family at All About Smiles Pediatric Dentistry. Dr. Sarah grew up in Huntington, New York. She graduated from Cornell University, where she earned her Bachelor of Science degree in Human Development. Dr. Sarah graduated from Stony Brook University School of Dental Medicine with a Doctorate of Dental Surgery. She obtained her certificate in pediatric dentistry from Cohen Children’s Medical Center, Long Island Jewish Hospital.
During her time in dental school, Dr. Sarah traveled to Madagascar several times for outreach missions. These missions solidified her interest in pediatric dentistry as she was able to treat countless children living in impoverished conditions who would otherwise have no access to routine dental care. Dr. Sarah is devoted to continuing her outreach activities and hopes to participate in international missions in the future.
Dr. Sarah was awarded the P. Lewis Memorial Scholarship for Outstanding Achievement in Pediatric Dentistry, the American Dental Association Award for International Volunteer Service, and the Stephen Gold Award for Leadership in Dentistry.
Outside the Office
Besides her passion for pediatric dentistry, Dr. Sarah loves spending time with her husband, family and friends. She enjoys exercising, traveling, and cooking.
